Or, visit a local E-ZPass Service Center on weekdays from 7 am to 7 pm. All service center locations are staffed to help you open an account and take a transponder home to install (activation may take up to 24 hours for Virginia toll roads or 48 hours for other participating toll roads) in addition to accepting payments and managing your E-ZPass account.
E-ZPass is valid for travel in Hampton Roads on the South Norfolk Jordan Bridge, Downtown Tunnel, Midtown Tunnel, Chesapeake Expressway, Coleman Bridge and Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel plus 14 other states.

Each week from June 1 through August 30, one lucky driver won tickets to a regional attraction or special event valued at $100 just for traveling with us.
