Joe joined UBP in 2023 as Facility Manager at Parkesburg Bridge Partners. Prior to joining the company, Joe spent 24 years serving the local community in the Parkersburg Police Department until retiring. He is grateful for the chance to still serve his community, now in a different capacity.
